WHAT IS BIG BRAVE BOLD?
A 2.5-day residential program for a small cohort of Leaders and Entrepreneurs. At the end of BBB, participants will have:
- Deep understanding of own self and context to be more BRAVE
- Confidence to make BOLD choices and take unprecedented risks
- A creative, clear and pragmatic pathway to come into their own BIGness
The Take2 way for any program assumes that participants want to move from a state of desires& dreams to one of concrete and pragmatic action. BBB hence is the only unique offering in India today that helps participants to makedecisive shifts in their careers, ventures, and lives – with sensitivity to various stakeholders, relationships, and contexts in their lives.
The program is an experiential learning program. It is unique in its approach to provide bespoke environment of learning that is customized to each participant’s unique life, work, and personality. The richness of program is enhanced by group work with talented and accomplished peers who are wanting to be their best.
WHY BIG, BRAVE, BOLD
Most Entrepreneurs and Corporate Leaders reach a point in their lives and careers, where they start asking themselves if they are realizing their full potential for themselves, their careers and their ventures. It may show up either as an inner desire to contribute more (do more) or a as feedback from close ones that they see potential which needs to be realised. At an emotional level, it may feel like repetitive achievements but lack of fulfilment or as feeling stuck despite best efforts. It feels like some external (and sometimes internal) constraints are holding back the best version of themselves. No amount of rational thinking however helps find a way out.
BOLD
Take risks and set audacious goals, usually having no map, no compassand sometimes limited resources!
BRAVE
Cope with fears and ambiguity not only for ourselves but others who lean on us!
BIG
Give expression to all our strengths and talents to become the BIGGEST version of ourselves! Easier said than done? We agree!
WHO IS IT FOR?
You should be an Entrepreneur, a Founder or a Senior Corporate Leader, who wants to jumpstart their career or venture to the next level. While some participants may choose to make disruptive shifts in their pursuits and careers, BBB provides the benefit of being more effective, resourceful and fulfilled even at current pursuits and careers.
You should believe changing yourself is the first and most significant step, in changing the outer reality: of your work and life. Having some experiences of your frustrations of today and your desires for tomorrow are helpful in the learning process.
You should be willing to challenge some of the fundamental assumptions and beliefs you may have about yourself, others and the world in general, in service of your own potential and desires.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Venue: CEO CENTRE It provides the perfect mix of serene green of Bangalore and comfortable living and conference facilities. The venue is close to Airport (approx. 30. min drive)
Please note that the program is designed with sessions scheduled in early mornings and late into night. This necessitates residence at the venue all through the program. We strongly advise to keep yourself completely free from calls, meetings & other engagements during this period to get the most out of the program.
PROGRAM FEE:The program fees are as follows:INR 1,00,000 + GST (18%) payable in advance at registration. The Fee includesCourse Fee, 2-Night stay, all meals, pre-work assessment and post-workshop support.
Facilitators & Co-Founders of TAKE2
Sanjay and Ameet together have 30+ years of experience in helping leaders and organizations to transform them to their desires and potential. They co-created Take2, a platform to help people make shifts in life and work in alignment with their potential and desires. Take2 has benefited 80+ participants in various formats since 2017, leading to real – life & work shifts. As Organization Development (OD) Consultants and Executive Coaches, they blend business context with human behavior in creative yet pragamatic ways. Both of them are Professional Members of Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Science(ISABS) and are faculty and mentors for the OD certification program (ODCP) offered by ISABS.
SANJAY DUTT
Before starting out as a Coach and Consultant in 2006, Sanjay successfully built teams and businesses at organizations like Infosys, AT Kearney, Accenture, and P&G for over 15 years. He has been a Business Consultant, Account Manager, Ops. Manager and a Profit Centre Head in his corporate stint.

AMEET MATTOO
Before starting out as a Coach and Consultant in 2009, Ameet was an R&D Engineer for 13+ years and then made a career shift to move into the domain of Applied Behavioural Sciences focussing on Organisation & Leadership Development and Coaching. Ameet is also trained in TA based Psychotherapy.
